Chef Rachel Priestley lived and worked in Italy for over ten years setting up Italian restaurants for Italian clients, looked after a truffle shop and set up an Italian restaurant in Vienna for her clients. She even consulted for a Prince, and taught his wife Princess Corsini how to make fresh pasta. The tours’ first seven days is based on Prince Corsini’s land of over 246 hectares of olive groves and grapevines.
Rachel has leased a luxury Villa on the Prince’s property overlooking these olives and vines, just a short stroll away from his Castle where she takes you to visit and take a cooking class in his ancient kitchens, learning how to make fresh pasta yourself.
