My menus change to suit seasonal availability, and my guests palates. I take bookings for in-house guests for dinner and offer a four course menu, subject to availability. A four course dinner is $120pp, with the option of a wine match at a further $75pp. Please note a $10 surcharge for seafood menu, POA for crayfish depending on price and availability.

I use produce and herbs from my potager's garden whenever possible, lemons, limes and oranges from my citrus trees, local seasonal produce mixed with some Italian and other New Zealand special fresh seasonal produce to create your dining experience.
